Refund policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can make a return/change within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.
The shipping rates of the original order and the return shipping costs are not refundable.
To make a return/change request contact info@johnmansion.com and we will provide you with the return shipping address, you will need to arrange with a courier to ship the package.

Once we receive the package, after checking it, we will issue a credit equal to the value of the product to be spent in our store.

JOHN MANSION does not refund the amount on the payment method used for the order.

 

CONDITIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE RETURN:

• Return/change request within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase
• Products must be free of signs of wear and tear
