Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 24 hours of payment (excluding pre-order orders) and delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping times are:

• Italy: 2/3 working days (GLS or DHL)
• Europe: 2/4 working days (DHL)
• Rest of the world: 2/4 working days (DHL)

Upon receipt of your order and payment, JOHN MANSION LOGISTIC will prepare your order within the next 24 hours (Custom items may require an additional business day for fulfillment).

The package is entrusted the next business day after 24 hours to one of our shipping partners and will immediately receive an email containing the confirmation of shipment and tracking code.
